Hey guys, need some advice here. I am about to start a beastdrol cycle and need some advice on diet. I have busted my ass and went from 268 pounds to 200 pounds by a low carb diet and hard lifting and moderate cardio. Everything i read on a proper diet for a PH cycle is a fairly high carb, along with protein. I already consume between 200 and 250 grams of protein, both real and supplemented. I said that to say this, being low carb was crucial in my cutting, i am terrified of blowing up like a grape again if i start loading carbs back into me for this PH cycle. I plan on really killing myself and dropping 10 more pounds before starting my PH cycle. Any advice or thoughts would be greatly appreciated!
