alright im stuck in cardio room during gym i have to rotate between bike, treadmill and eliptical
should i do HIIT on these or just regular pace. im trying to burn fat and get better cardio for wrestling, boxing, mma etc.

i find cardio burns too much muscle during a cut, so i cut cardio out. Depends how biga hurry u are to get lean i supose.

no just HIIT yourself in the head with a crowbar.

Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
Interval training would be much more effective at matching the bioenergetic profile of the sports that you named.

HIIT will burn the fat you want....but its easier, done on a track or outside

people say that cardio loses muscle. but in MMA or Boxing you have to be very fit and do alot of cardio, but some off the guys are still over 200lbs, with a lot of muscle, how is this. also when coing up to a fight some of the fighter have to drop a lot of weight to make the weight in, which means doing a lot of cardio and so if doing a lot of cardio loses muscle wouldn't this be really bad for them because they are going into a fight weaker, lighter and smaller than usal.

See, i find it hard to do HIIT on anything but a bike
I've tried doing sprints...LOTS and i always fuck up my shin or my knee

im not a bodybuilder im a fighter so i need cardio
yep...those 60 year old bus drivers are scrappy!

sorry...couldn't resist :)
