Hi, I'm interested in fat loss. I've been doing cardio for a while, just the old long-duration, low-intensity kind.
Recently, I've been thinking of starting HIIT training for fat loss, so:
1. Is this a good idea?
2. Which way should I do it? (Bike, running, elliptical, etc). I hear trying to do this on a treadmill is a really stupid idea
