Hey all.. newbie here! Looking to get myself in great shape & I have a long way to go! Ok here are my stats:
Female
26 years old
Height: 5'6"
current weight 155 lbs
was 182 lbs
.. so I'm getting there
my body frame is fairly small, so I 'd like to get into the 120s with a well toned body.. just wondering what you all would recommend as far as diet menu.. I've hit a plateau in my weight loss and want to give myself a kick!
