I'm 5'10-176lbs. I have hit a plateu, and can't lose anymore. At one time I was down to 167, but that was about a year ago. I'm still eating extrememly clean, going to the gym 6 times a week, doing HGM workout, cardio 6 times per week, with 3 of those being HIIT, the other 45 minutes of a combo of machines. When I lift, I really push myself, same with the cardio. I cheat once a week or so, the thing is, I don't have a six pack, or that much definition. Don't get me wrong, I'm not a blob, but definately not ripped.
Could it be that my body doesn't want to lose anymore weight and I am going to stay at this weight? If I keep doing what I am doing, will my body eventually start losing fat again? An example of what I would eat would be:
Breakfast-2 Eggs, whole wheat toast with adams pb, and 1 cup milk
Snack-Yogurt, and some trail mix or a protein bar
Lunch-Fish w/salad or asparagus, or a turkey sandwich on whole wheat with some nuts
Dinner-Chicken with brown rice/brocolli, or fish with green vegetable
Snack-Protien shake, or yogurt with some nuts
Just keep going and I'll eventually lose that flab, or change something up? If change, what should I change?
