Hit a wall...... not literally!

I've hit a bit of a wall. I've only just got used to choking down 5/6 'meals' a day when I had an accident at home so I've had two weeks off training/ meals, its gunna be hard for me to start over choking back six meals again it was a struggle to begin with!

You guys have any ideas/ suggestions?

I really dont want to use protein shakes if I can help it.
 
don't start by eating that much right away. slowly build back up to it.
 
when u train hard, not time wise but heavy with short rest periods, u will find urself constantly hungry throughout the day. I find it's the people who aren't pushing themselves hard enough in the gym that complain about eating so many meals...not that u are complaining

I train on my own, sometimes at home, without a spotter so I push as hard as I can but I guess I could push a little harder, I just dont want to over do it. Im 5 ft 9 and weight around 135lbs, which I know is underweight, as u can guess im an ectomorph.
 
While im on the subject what food to you guys buy week in week out and what do you guys buy in bulk say one a month?

I train without a spotter also. I just don't train to failure. I never have a problem training hard.

eggs
beef
turkey
chicken
canned chicken
Beef Jerky
Yogurt
Whey
Skim Milk
fat free cheese

Carbs:
Salad
Fruits (apples, oranges, bananas, berries, raisens)
whole grain pasta
Kashi Cereal
oatmeal
beans
whole grain bread

fats:
natty PB
fish oil caps
saflower oil mayo
Newman's Olive Oil salad dressing
 
what store do u go to P to buy in bulk? the only store i can think of around here is Costco, and it's a drive with the longest lines I have ever seen.
 
If P's near Phoenix, they have a Sunshine or Sunflower Market, I think, that is awesome! They have alot of bulk items and natural foods and an ok price!
 
katt, never been there.

oak- i go to sams club. actually, the wal mart out here has lots of stuff in bulk and much to my surprise (and the surprise of many), they have a good deal of organic foods!! so that is good too.

I also shop at Sprouts (a large health food supermarket) and Trader Joes.
 
Don't forget to drink craploads of water! :)

yea, I drink a shit ton of fluids in the form of water and iced green tea (I make it myself)...i drink lots of both of them every day.
