I've hit a bit of a wall. I've only just got used to choking down 5/6 'meals' a day when I had an accident at home so I've had two weeks off training/ meals, its gunna be hard for me to start over choking back six meals again it was a struggle to begin with!
You guys have any ideas/ suggestions?
