Out of curiosity, how many of you use a HIT training protocol? The HIT training protocol uses the following, IMO.
Use full-body or split routines
2-10 days between workouts
Abbreviated routines (e.g., 1-3 sets per bodypart,3-10 total sets per workout, and anworkout time of 10-30 min.)
Train to momentary muscular failure (i.e., cannot perform any additional positive/concentric and/or negative/eccentric reps)
Periodic use of high-intensity techniques (e.g.,negative reps, rest-pause reps, etc.)
