damn it .. late night snacks sux ass.. the only thing i keep seeing in front of me is freaking chips it is sickening me!!! I NEED SOMETHING BEtter
 
Occasionally I make PB protein balls....just mix 1 tbsp natty p/b & 1 tbsp light cream cheese and nuke it for 20 secs...add a scoop of chocolate protein...you may need to add a drop of milk or not the whole scoop and you might need a sweetner. Let it set in the fridge. It's for a sweets attack though, not salty.

I also have a good recipe for protein bars that everyone seems to like....it's on my website.
 
hot aired popcorn.....plain if you can handle it..carrots/broccoli or a couple of handfuls of honey-nut cheerios..:thumb:
 
If you're looking for something salty and this fits in your diet......cut a pita into small wedges and split it in half...so it's not double layered, crush each piece very lightly on both sides w/ olive oil and a bit of salt...toast in the oven for a few minutes.

I agree!!! Plain, air-popped corn is great. So are fresh veggies. I also like nuts (almonds, peanuts, soy nuts).
 
Do Peanut M&M's cont IAM as bein a nut snack?? :D
 
Peanut butter and raisins to it for me. It seems to satisfy without having to eat a lot of it.

I snack on celery and peanut butter. Curbs the munchies fast.
