well at my new job i work in the kitchen and i pretty much have access to any type of food i want. i can cook whatever i want. and we always have lots of tuna. and lots of egg salad.. and i dont want to just eat tuna all the time when im there. i was wondering how egg salad is..healthy? lots of protein? anyone know. would you reccomend for bulking?
 
depends on ingredients(if you know the ingredients go on fitday.com and figure out the cal/pro/fat/carb)

Variety is good. As opposed to JUST chicken and salmon, sure, include tuna and egg, but make sure it's not drenched in mayo.
 
egg salad is fine but add in a carb source such as rice,pasta or sweet potato's
