Been working out for about 3 weeks now and I'm starting to see changes. I might sound like a moron but this is very exciting for me. Anyway I'm seeing a little more mass and a lot more shape in my shoulders, arms and the outside of my chest and the upper part of my stomach is starting to flatten out very nicely. WOOOHOOOO!!!! Sorry I just wanted to share my excitement.:thumb:

This make me want to push myself even harder!!

Good job. I didn't see any changes in myself until about a year after i started working out. I'm not kidding either. I worked out very half assed and thought i wasn't getting anywhere, until i saw a picture of myself a year before and saw the huge changes. You're lucky to have found this website with all of the knowledgeable people. You started out the correct way and you'll see great changes as you get into the life style more and more.

Hmm, well judging from your avatar, you need to do more than just lifting weights to change that face. You're one ugly mofo! jk :D :lol:

Congradulations on your results!!!! It is soo exciting to hear when people see results that quick. Don't worry about being a moron. You work really hard and need to post when your excited because everyone here loves to hear about everyones results. I started to lift about 6 weeks ago and after 3 weeks I was seeing results too!! Keep it up and keep us informed. :thumb:

No pics yet...hell I'm not sure you could even tell anyway however my wife did so you might be able to.
 
you should post pics no matter what so the credible people can help you in your problem areas. I was afraid to post my pic at first too but everyone is really supportive here.:thumb:

Don't know body fat but I'm sure it's not good.
I'm one of those guys that doesn't look over weight at all with clothes on but underneath I have fat to burn (waist area). Anyway, I'm naturally a very thin person but all the drinking and bad eating habits have caught up with me. I think my metabolism has already jumped up considerably (I won't go into why I think this). For a long time I didn't think I could even get very big and I'm still not sure. When I talk about working out some people say "You're never going to be that big". Anyway regardless of how big or small I get it's better than being fat. For some reason I'm bottom heavy:eyebrow:......my upper legs are fairly big but my caves are small and my arms are fairly small also. This is the best I can do right now.
 
You can do ANYTHING with your body you want to. Big, small. Anything is possible and almost everyone in here can proove that including me. I was thin my entire life (25 years). I could not gain weight no matter what I did. Well with the help of this website I gained 19lbs in 5 weeks. Almost all of it is muscle!! If I can change my body I know anyone in the world can.
As you can see you are already getting results. This is just the begining, wait until the 6th week!! Just keep it up and don't let anything discourage you. ;)

Oh ok. I remember seeing you in the pic section I just didn't remember you're name. That's damn impressive. I like to see things like that makes me want to work even harder.
 
I am a production engineer for interior designs of buildings. Went to college for Architectural.

Wow thank you so much for the compliment. That is extremely nice to know that I inspire someone.:eek: Thanks again.
