Been working out for about 3 weeks now and I'm starting to see changes. I might sound like a moron but this is very exciting for me. Anyway I'm seeing a little more mass and a lot more shape in my shoulders, arms and the outside of my chest and the upper part of my stomach is starting to flatten out very nicely. WOOOHOOOO!!!! Sorry I just wanted to share my excitement.

......my upper legs are fairly big but my caves are small and my arms are fairly small also. This is the best I can do right now.
