Hey guys, just got cleared from my Doc to resume lifting! I have packed on some pounds and have been training quite a few phenomenal athletes in the process but its all good fun. I plan on starting pretty slow and easing my way back into my compound lifts. Unfortunately, I cant due super heavy weight deadlifts like I used to and I have to be fairly easy with the squats as well BUT lifting has been a big part of my life. I enjoy strength and conditioning and it truly is my passion. Any athletes out there looking for advice on what to use for a wide variety of goals feel free to hit me up and I will be glad to answer! I cant say that I would be the best guy here for bodybuilding questions but if speed, strength and explosiveness are your goals I would be happy to help!
