Helo everyone.

So,i've started working on my body 2mounth ago,and since then,i have been working every day for like 30 min each day.I really dont have time to go in gym or so,so i must do it in my room.I am using some proteins and i have been working on same excersises for 2mounths,do you think i should change them,and start somehing new,or i can keep doing it,and results will eventually come..
