well tonight i drank a beer, ate some chips and then later on ate a buritto at taco bell heheh

well i know its not that big of a deal just dont want my fatloss to suffer to much
but i enjoyed it

I just drank 14 beers and ordered a pizza. Looks like a big cardio day Sunday.
 
heheheh... well ill be having 14 beers when ill go camping, but then ill probebly and up in the ER
 
but anyways.. after eating like that will cardio the next day really help?
 
it will help the mental game lol........ best thing to do after any cheat is get back on track the day after..... you dont get fat from 1 night of eating, but you do get fat if you keep on doing it every night

exactly. Just don't let it bother you. THE WORST thing of all is to get all bent about it. It's done. It won't even be noticable if you just get right back on track.
