How bad was your diet BEFORE you learned what "diet" meant?

Taco Bell, McDonalds, Little Caesars Pizza, Burger King, take-out chinese, subway, and Wendy's. If it wasn't from any of those places I didn't eat it.

I ate at 8-9am then sometime in the afternoon and then again later in evening. Typically I'd throw down 2-8 beers depending on the day as well. I also smoked 1/2-3/4 pack a day.

This all changed two months ago and I feel great, its good to be in a routine. I still have lots to learn about getting a balanced diet. I've been playing with fit day, and I'm getting less than 2000 calories in 5 meals. I must be doing something wrong.
 
I feel sorry for people on a cut who are reading this thread. Sucks to be you.

Its not so bad. Im actually craving some chocolate chip cookies right now tho:wits: I'm gonna go have some sugar-free jello instead :)
 
Wow, what a bunch of crappy diets :laugh:

I never ate fast food. I had a few times when I was kid and even thought then it was disgusting.

However, in my family we eat mass quantities of seafood and we had our own fry daddy haha. So I ate alot of fried seafood. Now the thought of eating it fried disgusts me. I like my seafood baked or broiled only.

I was a dessert queen. But I made all my own stuff. I like to think I'm a good cook so even though all my food was homemade doesn't mean it wasn't bad. I didn't get chubby for no reason that's for sure :laugh: At least I enjoyed it along the way. :p

It's going on 8+ years of clean eating for me though.
