I have been training for 10 months and I am really happy with the results I have. My question is once you reach your goals how do you figure out what you need to do in order to maintain what you have? I got to where I am by going to the gym 4 times a week and working out different muscles on different days. Do I continue doing that or should I be doing a full body workout 3 times a week and swim on the other 4 days? What are your thoughts on this. I appreciate any input or suggestions. Thanx

Just eat maintenance calories. The workout you do won't particularly matter as long as it's a decent one.

Just remember the old adage "if you do what you've always done, you'll get what you've always got" holds true to training and diet aswell.
Think that pretty much sums EVERYTHING UP!
diet,training,work,ect...

Try not to get injured... thats what makes most people lose what they gained...

I always found that working out twice weekly for maintenance was ideal. One upper body day and one lower body day along with a solid diet. Less time spent in the gym resulted in depletion of my gains and 3+ times in the gym usually gauged improvement.
