The best exercises for bulk would be military presses with db or bb, whichever works best. Then do lateral raises lifting no higher than eye level. Do these to finish your shoulders off.

after that, i would move on to actually lifting the weights. when that happens things start to grow. it is almost like magic!

To the original question: I recommend that when you do start lifting, concentrate on the lateral (side) head of your delts. The anterior (front) head gets hit pretty hard when doing bench presses so will grow naturally. Besides, it's the lateral head that gives the appearance of super wide shoulders.
