Today I pulled 310 lbs for 1 for deadlift
, may not seem like much for you guys but it was pretty big for me. Up to that point the heaviest I've gone is 215 for 8.
Im 18 years old in 1 week and currently weigh close to 140 lbs at 5'8.5". How do I stack up? Is this a good lift? For my weight? For my age?
Also based on the above what do you think my max for bench should be? Never tried it, and am wondering where i should be based on my deadlift weight?
