DO you guys just swallow the pills, or let them dissolve under your tongue? Ive heard that dissolving under the tongue makes them absorb much better and you get more out of them this way. any truth to that?

Never dissolved anything under my tongue to do with AAS....

^^^^this is what i do.....i don't chew them or split them throughout the day.....just usually try to take orals within an hour of the time i train though or at that same hour each day when running orals
