I first rinse it very well under water.
I put it in the microwave for 20 minutes.
When it???s done I leave it there for another 20 minutes.
I rinse it again to keep only the grains.
Then I put it in separate container for each meal.
I normally cook it for 2 or 3 days in advance for 3 meals each day.
