Im looking for new excercises for my posterior delts. I currently do reverse flys. How do you do face pulls and perpendicular rows? does anyone know of any other excercises for posterior delts? Im looking to make my shoulders less round. thanks

Thunder said:Face pulls are great. I do them regularly. Using a rope attached to a high lat pulley, I put one foot on the seat in front of me (to stablize myself) and then I lean back and then while keeping the elbows high, pull to your face.
