Im looking for new excercises for my posterior delts. I currently do reverse flys. How do you do face pulls and perpendicular rows? does anyone know of any other excercises for posterior delts? Im looking to make my shoulders less round. thanks

Face pulls are great. I do them regularly. Using a rope attached to a high lat pulley, I put one foot on the seat in front of me (to stablize myself) and then I lean back and then while keeping the elbows high, pull to your face.

Excellent exercise.

Aye, I like that movement a lot too.
 
face pulls are one of my fav's also.
 
prone incline bench rear delt raise with dumbbells

reverse pec deck

face pulls

bent over lateral raise with db's or cables
 
I thought upright rows were for front delts>?
