I have a terrible habit of eating at night and I think that it is a huge link to why I am not able to lose weight. I lift at night so after my workout and cardio, I am hungry. I have been thinking of trying to go to bed right away when I get home (10:00pm) so then I will not be awake to eat anything. Has anyone had this problem and if so, what have you done to either get rid of it?
I have read that our bodies were designed to tell us when we are hungry and when we aren't. If so, it doesn't make any sence that my body wants food right before it goes to sleep. I might be wrong and if so I would like to understand why this is so.
