you can do clap pullups?
I used to end up boring people by getting too deep into detail when they asked me about diet. I guess it's their own fault for asking. I try and do as little as possible during the day that'll tire me out for training. I even spent a year working the early shift at a shitty supermarket so I could fit in all my meals and train afterwards round 2pm ish when i finished instead of looking for a decent yet more restrictive job. My whole life was arranged simply around eating, training and resting. Although it was the best environment in which to make gains- I got huge (for me anyway), it was scaringly taking over my life. So I stopped that all, enjoyed a holiday in Greece for a month, got pissed and partied, quit my job and moved back into the city to seek my fortune. What happened? I got a job that has stupidly long hours that leaves hardly any time to do anything let alone train, lack of money that only clears my rent and bills with a below average diet and I lost all that I had pretty much gained. My conclusion is that I was better when my life was all about training. Shit.

That is sad bro....but very inspiring to hear someone say that their life was "better when they just trained"
My life without training would be completely meaningless, and I would be better off dead. True story.
