How do you take your protein powders?

Just what the subject says!

I mix mine in a blender with some ice, a cup of frozen strawberries and 4oz of ff yogurt.

I need some variations though!

The protein I use Maximuscle Promax tastes OK in water. But for most other proteins i would completely agree with you.

I mix mine in water also, if I'm using vanilla flav. I'll put some fruit in depending when I'm
having it.
