those guys you see that seem to always have 6 pack abs and always look pretty ripped seem to do it? I am not talking about bodybuilders who lose the weight for a show and then "get the gut" again in the off-season, I am just talking about people you see, whether on TV or at the beach, or at the gym that ALWAYS have 6 pack abs, ripped muscles, etc.....From what I understand, for me to get a 6 pack and get ripped I would have to go on the conventional "cutting phase diet" to get that way, but how does one find a happy medium, where they are happy with their muscular size and happy with their bodyfat % all the time?
If I hit a personal best lift in the gym one day, I may want to eat everything in sight so that next time I can beat that mark and get bigger, then the next day I will say, I want a 6 pack, and then try to do that. But there are those people who are contstantly lean, and have muscle, not scrawny little skinny guys...how do they do it?
