Stats - 6 foot 142 7% BF omw back from anorexia(lowest bodyweight was 121 and was 3% BF at that point)
Been cleared for serious weight training again joined a gym and got a free session with a trainer there. Due to my situation he has agreed to help me for free and put me on this routine (everything is 2x12 unless otherwise noted)
Pullups - compression set of 20 reps
Squats
Bench
Romanian Deadlift
Overhead Press (standing)
Curls
Dips(weighted)
Standing calf
Rack Chins 1 to fail
So 17 total sets for each session.Progression is 2.5 lbs to the bar to each exercise per session. We tested my maxes and he set me up on a weight progression over a two week cycle. We will retest my maxes once I run the first two weeks. Look good or should I just go with a 5x5 routine and ditch this guy? This seems to always be the setup and up weight on the bar every session and the workout is done 3 times a week. Thanks for any and all advice.
