Well, a little about me...been lifting off an on since I was in high school. I seem to take it seriously in six month increments (read: when I am on a deployment!). Im currently on a six month kick (my fifth) as we speak, but, being 32, the fat isnt coming off as easy as it used to.
I noticed that lifting to muscle failure isnt providing me with the soreness I used to achieve, which kind of has me worried. Im seeing small developments, but nothing crazy like before.
Anyway, Ive been a member of the forum for a few days now...Ive been looking around and getting lots of good info. Thanks!
Here is my current workout split:
Chest/shoulders
Back/bis
Tris/legs
Ive been doing about 40-55 minutes of cardio daily, and only start the lifting routine when the next group up isnt sore any more. Right now Im about 265ish 5'11" and about 24% bf by the Navys rope and choke standards.
I just got hooked up on Fitday, so Im gonna log my intake for about a week, then start asking questions.
So...that being said...Im here, Im searching, and Im looking for insight! So far this sight has been informational, commical, and pretty intense.
THANKS FOR HAVING ME!
