How I have been....

Hey there.....long time no post!!
I am still smoking, suprise suprise...lol I don't want to quit right now, if I wanted to I would.
I am not eating too great, not really bad...more like not enough
My doc prescribed a weight loss pill ---> Phenetrime, its a suppressant...it makes me thirsty but I don't really get hungry
I jumped on the treadmill this morning, first time in forever!!!! Haven't been to the gym....don't really feel like going
I lost like 5 pounds...not bad
I am alive but that is about all I can say....lol
