Since school is out i usually don't go to bed until about 2 or 3 in the morning, my last meal is probably around 9:30-10 (i get up late in the mornings so i get 5 meals a day instead of my usual 6). Well at around 12 i start getting hungry again, would it be ok to eat something light? as in cottage cheese or something? or should i just suck it up and let it go? or should i shift my last meal to a later time?
