how long after workout until safe for eating fats?

I'm currently re-working my diet and need to squeeze in some fats after my 5pm workout. Is it safe, waiting 1 hour after PWO meal to take 2 tsp Olive oil? Or should I try to make the first meal, after PWO meal low to non-existent in fats?
 
What are your goals?
 
Simply maintenance, I am not looking to gain anymore mass at the moment. Would it be different if I was bulking or cutting as well? I'd be interested in all answers as I do bulk/cut but currently (probably for the rest of the summer) will be maintaining.
 
Cutting - I'd say add into your PWO.
Maintenance/Bulking - Have it an hour later with your next meal.

so the whole "don't take fats PWO because your muscles are hungry for nutrients and the fat will go right to them" is totally false?

The only concern is the nutrients being digested slower, because of the fat? and not because adding fat "during the window" will cause fat gain?

I said........

Cutters - EFA's are good PWO
Maintenance/Bulkers - EFA's with your meal an hour later.

That person that made that post is not cutting so therefore EFA's come afterwards, like you.

And yes, that is false (regarding your other post)
