If your dad is someone you listen to, obviously he had the sense to use his experience. I think old people are just offended because experience is all some of them have. Not you in particular, but a lot of people aren't very happy when they hear something that contradicts what is always said. Sorry some people don't understand logic. Experience is nothing without the knowledge and sense to learn from it.

Again, so many people have been working out for years but know absolutely nothing about how to make new gains. They don't have a clue why they can't seem to get bigger or stronger. They have the experience. You tell me what they're lacking then.
