How long does your weight session last?

Usually around 60 minutes for me, but I'd like to know about how long your weight session last. Not cardio, not core work, JUST weights.
 
60-90 minuts for me. i lift with a partner and its in a crowded highschool weight room so it sucks
 
The actual weight lifting lasts about 30-60 minutes. The warm up/stretching/cooldown/strething takes another 20-30 minutes.
 
usually 45 mins during week and the sat or sun is usually 60+, i do an extra set of reps on all lifts
 
Its up to 90 mins for me but thats because I train with someone so everything takes twice as long - else I think it would be up to 45 mins.
 
With rest times and a typical 8 activities with 4 sets at each it takes me 60-90 minutes depending on what I'm doing. All out power for hypertrophy takes less of course because there's very little rest time between sets, etc.

I'm not counting warmups and stretching either. That's about 30 minutes total for warmup and cool down.
 
I'm usually in and out of the gym in 45 minutes flat.

Upper body is uaually about 45 minutes.

when i do shoulders i usually go for an hour and legs is usually a bit longer too because i do alot of exercises.
 
If you don't include the warm-up, it's no more than 8.5 minutes. Sometimes as low as 7 minutes.

I usually go for an hour. Or 50mins. :) Depends on the week.
 
Around 45 mins. I also stretch a lot, do ab work and box. I'm normally in the basement for a little over an hour.

Usually around 40 - 50 mins which includes stretching, i workout at home though so theres no real distractions to delay me. some times if im pushed for time i can usually only do around half hour or so.
