i have been thinking alot about this and i am going to do it. i am going to do a one eyar bulk eating 6500-7500 cals per day. lots of whole grain bread and whole grain pasta, brown and wild rice. read steak, egg white, weight gainers. and year round no xplode cellmass, and nitirx, adding methoxy and ecdy here and there. i also will be lifting 6 days a week.

side info i heard about taking something called parabol, my cousin just got off it after 12 weeks at 3 tabs a day he put on 20 lbs. any info

That's a lot of cals on a bulk, even for a guy your size. Is it a lean bulk, or a fuck-it-all-pack-on-as-much-muscle-as-i-can bulk? I would suggest, 6000 kcals at the absolute most (with cardio three times a week) to avoid unwanted bodyfat. (At 13.7% bf, this is the last thing you'll want).

You have all the right foods in mind. Remember, however, EFA's (found in tuna and salmon, as well as capsule form, are essential as well. Don't neglect them) Sweet potatoes are a good source of carbs as well. Also, eat white bread on a bulk (soft-texture expedites digestion, increasing insulin levels). Forget the weight gainers, just eat food. - Emma hates these with a passion (and with good reason!).

As for supplements, some WPI and some creatine is all you'll need. Save your money (it can pay for all the food you'll be eating).

Your post is too long, thats whts too long. Oh, and I suggest reading up on supplementation, that way you can make an informative decision regarding them(IE: what is shit, and what is good).

Man you really need to fix your post..My god it's so freaking
long

I wouldn't suggest bulking that heavily for so long. Fat stores are a conversion site for testosterone to estrogen. This is going to negatively impact your ability to pack on muscle, and cause you to gain more and more fat as the bulk continues.

Not to mention, your body is going to adapt to this large intake of food to some degree. That is one reason it is better to cycle between bulking and cutting. The drastic change in calories leaves your body struggling to adapt, and that is what you are striving for to maximize gains.

ul die if u eat 7000 cals a day!!!! anywy its not as if u need to bulk! ur stats tell me otherwize

Impressive stats. Like others have said, a year is a long period of time for anything other than a lean bulk. You would also need to increase your calories at one point in order to keep gaining because, as said, your body will eventually arrive at a maintenance point.

But I understand your frustration. I'm not a fan of having to bulk, only to cut, then bulk again, etc.. After bulking for only a couple months I already want to cut because I hate the additional fat I've gained. Then when I'm cutting and getting lean, the numbers on the scale doesn't look as impressive anymore. But that's the fastest way.

With stats like those, it sounds like you know what you're doing, although I must say 6500-7500 cals/day sounds a litte high to me. I imagine you would gain a lot of fat with intake this high.

this is good to know, it has been a while, i am currently getting up on cals, now upped them again to 450 protein, 675 carbs, 110 grams fat for a total of 550 cals, split between 7 meals, i havent been gaining fat due to 20 mins cardio 4 days a week, so hopefully it works.
