I don't know exactly how much protein you can absorb at any one sitting,
I usually consume about 40g of protein per meal, six meals per day, spaced 2 1/2 - 3 hours apart.
the body can digest and absorb as much protein as is in the GIT so there is no such maximum amount. how much protein that a person can "utilize" is a completely different story. factors such as gender, genetics, anabolic activity, amount of LBM that the person has, level of activity and types of activity that the person participates in will determine the protein requirements of an individual...
