Hey I have been doing heavily weighted cable crunches, weighted decline situps and russian twists + planks and other stability stuff for 2 months now.
I was wondering; how long goes it take to get a decently muscly stomach?
I know i have to diet to show it, but how long does it take to get a stomach muslcy enough to show my abs through with a reasonable amount of b/f?
4 months? 6 months ? 1 year?
