i have no idea about who long it takes to gain muscle mass but i was wondering if anyone else could give me an idea.
i train every day for approx. 1.5-2hrs a night doing various dumbbell curls of 10 sets of 40 reps on each arm and bench presses of 10 sets of 35 reps (which i have both marginally increased in number)
ive only just started but im using a weight that challenges my muscles i know this because i actually feel them being used so to speak and normaly feel sore the following day, ive stuck to this router for just over one week but i was wondering how long it would take to gain some muscle mass or how much i can expet to gain after a certain amount of time of sticking to this regime???
