Was just wondering how long shpuld u wait between swapping from a bulking phase to a cutting phase?

Is 6-8 weeks too short?:thumb:

Till you accumulate a level of bodyfat that you are no longer comfortable with I suppose.

yeah good point, I have put some on and aint happy with it, the only thing is I'm only about 7 weeks in but I'm dieing to get back to cutting so is this too soon?

I agree with this....for example if you are an endo so your goal must be not to go to high bf% then slowly bulk and for example put a goal not to go more than 13-14% bf so when you hit your dead line switch to cutting..

good to hear lads, I've been told though after bulking up, even if its only been a short period of time u should leave your body get used to the new weight, even up to a couple of months to get used to it b4 u start cutting.

I only put on about 8lbs on the 7 weeks, like I mentioned earlier I wasn't looking for massive gains so I can't see why my body would need time to adapt to such a small weight increase.

But what do I know.............

8 lbs in 7 weeks for a natural person are already massive gains.....

cheers buddy, even though I've been training and eating smart I'd imagine 2-3 pounds out of the 8 would have to be fat whuch sucks!!!

Shouldn't take too long to sweat off though.

:) it takes years to develop a perfect body ..but post your diet maybe you could speed things up if you improved your diet, peope here can help you make a good one..also post your workout afterwards
