Muscle Gelz Transdermals
IronMag Labs Prohormones
i got my bf% done by one of those hand-held machines.. where they put your height, weight, and age down... then you hold it out in front of you and it sends signals through your body... it said i had 7.4???
and this WAS done by a personal trainer at the gym(i know pt's are bullshit, but they have to know something)

the electric hand-held BF machines aren't acurate at all.

and not all pt's are bullshit. plus what would the PT have to do with your placing your hands on a machine? It isn't like he/she botched your skinfolds or something.

My best EXP is to do double taping & calipers... And have the same PT do the work from start to finish for consistency :)

Yeah the pros now a days may have low body fat.... but they all have HUGE waists... to me, that is not the ideal body. Arnold had the ideal body. Big chest cavity with a very skinny waist. God bless pullovers on chest day.

Arnold's stats in his prime...
6'2" 235 lbs

Arms 22"
Chest 57"
Waist 34"
Thighs 28.5"
Calves 20"
