Ok so I can figure out how many calories are going in. But how do I approximate how many calories I am burning each week.
I usually only workout twice a week for about an hour each day. Gradually I intend to bump it up to three times a week.
Monday:
15minutes cardio - usually running
45 minutes of biceps, back, deltoids
Wednesday:
15minutes cardio - usually running
45 minutes of triceps, chest, abs
I know I know "Where is the lower body?". I know I need to add that into my weekly routine.
So anyways the question is how do i calculate how many calories Iam burning?
