How many calories am I burning

Ok so I can figure out how many calories are going in. But how do I approximate how many calories I am burning each week.

I usually only workout twice a week for about an hour each day. Gradually I intend to bump it up to three times a week.

Monday:
15minutes cardio - usually running
45 minutes of biceps, back, deltoids

Wednesday:
15minutes cardio - usually running
45 minutes of triceps, chest, abs

I know I know "Where is the lower body?". I know I need to add that into my weekly routine.

So anyways the question is how do i calculate how many calories Iam burning?
 
Sorry but there is no way of telling you that. It all depends on your intensity, RI, weight using and metabolism. There is no real accurate way of saying how much you are burning. Sorry.
