theres no average. it all depends on your matabalism, body fat percentage, and your lean body mass. naturally the more muscles you carry the more calories you burn, even at rest. eatting habits and exercise routine also factor in. hope that helps
figure out your basial metabolism (calories it takes for your body to function) then times it by the activity level. thats the amount calories you need to maintain your weight. add a little more if you wanna gain weight.
