Hi. I want to change from eating 8 times a day to 6 times a day and I would like to know how many calories is too much to eat in one sitting. I have been eating between 3800 - 4000 calories per day over 8 meals (so 500 calories each meal). My question is this. I am going to bump up my caloric intake to 4200 calories and I wanted to know if going from eating 500 calories to 700 calories each meal is to be too big of a jump. (700 x 6 = 4200)
