im 17years old, i weigh 145lbs and i want to gain weight. i want to gain 35lbs in 2006 thats my resolution. I need your help figuring out how many calories i need, and as i go up lbs at a time i add on more calories right? please help me asap
Well welcome to this world bro. but 35 pounds. are you ready to gain fat and muscle with it. the average athlete can gain 15. max.
i would say 175 grams protein, 350 grams carbs, 80 grams fat. = 2820 cals. if you are not gaining. add cals at 500 per week until gain slows. when it slows again up the cals. split this between 6-8 meals.
