1/2 of that 35lbs will be fat.....is that what you want?

35 lbs of muscle in one year is impossible......

Well welcome to this world bro. but 35 pounds. are you ready to gain fat and muscle with it. the average athlete can gain 15. max.

i would say 175 grams protein, 350 grams carbs, 80 grams fat. = 2820 cals. if you are not gaining. add cals at 500 per week until gain slows. when it slows again up the cals. split this between 6-8 meals.

I'm in no way, shape, or form suggesting this for him but how much could one gain in a year w/ gear?

You could put on 50 lbs of muscle in a year with GH and roids.

But you would also have to adjust your lifestyle completely.

You would have to take in about 2000 more calories.
And you would have to up your training volume and intensity most likely.

oh wow. 35lbs a year is impossible. putting on 5-10lbs of lean body mass a yr is what i consider good.
