I prefer to use a plate on the chain but we are lucky as the plates have cut outs in them.I tried it today;
1 set of 30 no weight
1 set of 25 with 20lbs then
1 set of 25 with 30lbs then
1 set of 20 with 40lbs then
1 set 0f 15 with 50lbs then
jesus my tris were fried and even sitting here typing this they are aching like shit.....
