I usually try to bang out 3 sets of 10 on one of my push days, but that's at the end of my workout. Don't know what I would be able to do fresh anymore.
I have no idea how many I can do. Once I started doing heavy weighted dips, I never looked back. I can do between 6-8 reps at BW(230lbs)+135lbs weighted. My goal is to be able to do 3 sets of 10 @ BW + 135lbs.
