Sorry, I dont know the names of all the machines but I hope you get the picture....
Day 1 - Chest, Tris, Bis
Flat Bench, Incline Bench, Peck Deck Machine, Dip, Pullover. Ill do 2 excersizes for my bis and 2 for my tries.
Day 2 - Back and Shoulders
Dead Lift, Wide Grip Lat Pulldown, Back Extension, different kind of pull down machine, chest bump machine (where you sit down and pull a weight to your chest). Shoulder shrug, lift barbell up to chin while standing, reverse peck deck, lift weight in front of face while standing, dumbell fly.
Day 3 - Legs and Abs
Squat, Leg Flex, Leg Extension, Calf Raise, Hack Squat, Ab Machine, Torso Machine, Cardio.
Day 3 isnt bad because im usually out of the gym in under an hour.
Anyway...
Im 190lbs and 6'2. Im trying to put on more weight but Ive been stuck at my current weight for a few weeks.
I eat nothing but Tuna, Bananas, Mini Wheats, Oats, Peanutbutter, Mac and Cheese, Spagetti, Apples, Protein shakes and thats it. Thats literally all I eat.
Whats my problem?
