How many muscle groups a week?

how do you break that up? Are you on any anabolics? When I do total body workouts 3 times a week I do everything three times a week. Dieting for contest now I can't really handle to much frequency like that or I will overtrain and compromise my immune system. I hate dieting and getting sick.

I mean for myself it is because ive never taken time off in 12 years. I am so addicted to this like drugs. So I need to push my body even further now.
 
I just don't see how your able to work your chest for instance as hard all three times per week. Most times after a chest day I am unable to even move my chest for atleast a few days.

I lke to do Mon Legs(hams and quads), shoulders and back (traps,calves)
tues Chest, Triceps and biceps (traps,calves)
Wed (same as monday)
Thur (same as tuesday) only doin this routine for 2 weeks
resting the 7th day

Every time I hit a muscle for that week I do different excercises for the last 2 excercises......always keeping the first the same everytime

Remeber this is only for 2 weeks and you lift it how it feels that day. Normally I do everything 2x a week.
 
No anabolics now. Ive hit a cycle of cyp twice in my life. 10 week cycles with 2 bottles of 200mg/10 cc each time. I save that stuff for a plateau I cant snap. Thankfully I have only resorted to that 2 times in 12 years. Ive never stacked.

Maynard, you need to post some pictures for us. I want to see what 12 years of consecutive training does to a person. My goal is 1 year of constant training and sticking with it. LOL

I would post some pics but somebody will need to show me how to smudge the face. Im 6'1" 265 at about 13 % bf. Squat 565 Bench 455
I honestly have missed no time in 12 yrs. Never injured either. Have performed squats goin all the way down for the last 10 yrs and my knees feel excellent.
 
You'll need some photo editing software, like MS paint, or Photo Shop. The software that came with the camera might also have this.

Thanks......next I need to put a pic on this computer. I dont even have a clue how to do that.
 
On your computer, or upload to the site? If you dont have a digital camera, you will need a scanner to get the pcture to your hard drive. Once its there, you can upload to the site by goint to "post reply" and into the "edit attachments" option a little ways down the page. Just find the directory that the pic is in, select it and hit ok.

I dont have a scanner but my sister does. I can do that there and have her send it to me email. That would work.

IF you have squated six times in the past 11 days I would say your doing something wrong. I wouldnt even imagine squating every other day after a heavy day.

Ive been lifting for 12 years and wanted to shock my body. I still made gains in these 11 days. Now im going back to squatting twice a week.
