LOL, my wife is always getting on me about making sure that I'm spending enough time on my legs as well as my upper body. She absolutely hates "chicken legs".
leg day seperates the men from the boys plain and simple.
plus unless your doing some pussy ass extensions and curls your not just working legs. go do 5 sets of heavy GM's and tell me if you worked just your legs.
Before getting on IM and checking out one of Flex's link, http://defendis.com/flash/index.html, I hated working legs. I did it, but only leg ext. and that was basicly it. Now I'm in love with em : . I hated them b/c it took so much energy, and seeing results were difficult. The first leg workout I had after reading the defendis artical, i could barely walk the next day, and couldn't wait until the next one.
I have chicken legs but I have been determined to change. It is the hardest part of my body to bring up. By biceps are bigger than my calfs for Christs sakes!!!
I don't like doing legs either(just seems boring + doesn't feel good to me), but after having learned how important it is to train them, I train them regularly.
